Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, deliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
